1997 graduated Petrozavodsk State University (majoring in Finnish language and literature)

2002 graduated Institute of International Law and Economy named after A. Griboedov.  
1999 Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Karellesproduct" Ltd 

2004 Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Harvy Forester" Ltd (forestry equipment, wood processing).

December 1999 elected as a deputy of Petrozavodsk City Council.

December 2000 elected as a deputy of Legislative Assembly of Karelia. Member of Assembly's Committtee on education, culture and youth matters. Representative of Karelia in the Youth Parliament of the Russian Federation. 

2007 elected deputy of Petrozavodsk City Council 

2009 Chairman of Petrozavodsk City Council

Married, has three children.
